Five years ago, I created @jackierunsalatte to document and share my journey towards my first marathon. As I started sharing my ups and downs with my running journey, I realized that my superpower is being vulnerable and transparent with my community.

I hope to continue to inspire by offering coaching to runners of all experience levels and abilities.

My goal is to help runners of all experience levels and abilities achieve their goals and create a life-long relationship with running.

Core Principles:

My coaching program is built on science and centers around love and understanding. I know that life can get in the way sometimes. The best thing about running is the ability to be flexible and move things around without missing a beat.

What can you expect?

  • Training is built around your schedule and goals

    Vacation coming up? No problem! Need to push back miles because the kiddos are going back to school? I got you. I’ve spent the past 3 years building and re-building my own running routine to fit training in around a full-time job.

  • Strength training and mental training are just as important as getting in the miles

    To get the most out of your training, you need to build a strong physical and mental foundation. That’s why I program regular strength training! If you don’t have a strength program, I’ll create one for you.

  • We will work on speed where necessary

    Speed work will not be for everyone, but it is crucial to getting faster if that’s your goal. 

  • Focus on learning new techniques to become smarter runners

    Running tangents, improving stride, and proper breathing are all great techniques to learn that will help you run smarter.

During our first call, I will determine your fitness level, we will discuss your goals, and when you want to start.

03 Pick a Plan

Pick between the basic or ultimate packages.

04 Training Plans

I’ll write your training schedule and send it to you before your first week of training.

05 Begin Training
